Tuesdays Tuesday night's meetings start at 18:20 for 18:30-40 start. Sessions are dedicated to Fartlek, Interval, Hill and Multi-Terrain training and are run at various paces. These runs start from Harrison Hall in Wallasey Village. Thursdays Thursday night's meetings start at 18:20 for 18:30-40 start. The evening is a more social event with general conditioning, circuit training or a steady tempo road run of about 4 miles.
