The club's annual general meeting last Friday was attended by over fifty members and Mr. A. G. Nicholson was re-elected president for his 48th term of office.

Today marks the opening of the Cross-Country season with the annual Monstre meet at Boundary Harriers headquarters, Old Roan Road, Liverpool.
W.A.C. members meet at Liverpool Pier Head (bookstall) at 2 p.m.
It is hoped that Wallasey will be well represented at this event and that its members will do well in the three breaks which will follow the earlier social run.
The boys novices and seniors are all catered for individually in this respect and the Wallasey boys and youths in particular should give a good account of themselves.
Mr. E. J. Bollard, the general secretary, will be pleased to deal with any inquiries for membership of the club. His address is 97 Pasture Road, Moreton.
