An extensive training programme is now in operation for cross-country runners of Wallasey Athletic Club, who can obtain further details from the notice board at their club headquarters. Weekday evening runs, commencing promptly at 8 p.m., play a vital part in building up speed for the championship season which begins in December, while the Saturday afternoon runs, which commence promptly at 3-15 p.m.. concentrate on improving stamina.
