Rhayader was the destination for 5 Wallasey A.C. runners for the local club's 20 mile road race. The race round the lakes combines stunning scenery with challenging ascents and exciting descents and is used by many training for the London Marathon. Sallie Holt had a good run and was the first home in 02:42.
