Wallasey AC had a number of top ten finishes in the Birkenhead Park 5 mile race, Sallie Holt was an excellent third (32:51), Helen Anne Stansfield set a personal best when finishing sixth (33:35) and Joe Boden an impressive fifth (27:07). Great support was welcomed as many members braved the rain to cheer on the 15 runners from the club.
