Race 4 of the Tour of Merseyside was the Raging Red Bull 5 in Otterspool. The race started on the grassed area by the Red Bull Monument and headed north along the promenade, as far as the Britannia Pub where there was a 180 degree turn to bring runners back to complete the 5 mile leg. The runners were encouraged to were fancy dress.
