Wallasey held a test relay race for teams of two starting at Bidston Windmill. The course was a figure of eight loop around Bidston Hill. First team back entitled "Tag team" were Gabriel and Phoenix Pearse covering the two laps in 30:13. First female team consisted of Sue Reynolds and Michele Alty (Over the Hill) who completed the course in 42:29. First mixed team was Alan Kennedy and Vicky McConnell (Two Fast - Two Furious - Too Old - Too Injured) in 34:37.
