The final fixture of the track season will be a triangular match between Wallasey Athletic Club, Sale Harriers and Winnington Park Running Club at Winnington Park, Northwich, next Saturday, August 28th. Travelling arrangements are not yet complete and will be announced early next week. A few bus seats may be available for spectators.
For the remainder of the track season Northcliffe A.F.C. have kindly offered training facilities at their pitch on Vernon's Sports Ground, Station Road, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 p.m. and club members will be welcomed here.
The cross-country season will be open on Saturday, September 4th., and subsequently runs will be held from the Leasowe Road headquarters every Saturday at 2-30 p.m. and on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7-30 p.m.
