The Wallasey Schools' Cross-Country Championships will be run from the Leasowe Road headquarters of Wallasey Athletic Club on Saturday, November 13th, and the school teams have been training hard for some time for this big day in their winter athletic programme.
The Mayor (Alderman J. L. Gill) has agreed to present the silver trophy to he winning team; the race will be started by the Director of Education ( Mr. H. R. B. Wood, M.A. ).
