At Birkenhead last Saturday afternoon, Prenton Secondary School cross-country team completed a double by again defeating the under "16" team from Wallasey Athletic Club led by Ken Ledward.
Result : School 14 points, Wallasey 28 points. Individual positions of Wallasey counting four: Ledward 3rd, Maddock 4th, Ward 8th, Lynch 13th.
This afternoon Wallasey Athletic Club junior team (Thompson, Kelly, Johnston, Simpson, Bollard and Ward) are competing in the Northern Championships at York. Good luck, boys!
