Wallasey A.C. finished 6th at the Liverpool & District Championships held at Clarkes Garden. The field at the back was available again this year and the course was muddy in the usual places. The race doubled as the club's cross-country championship with Helen Anne Stansfield and Rob Pearse taking the spoils. The counting team consisted of Rob Pearse (21st), Greg Jones (22nd), Connor McArdle (34th), Tony Barbat (40th), Mike Kelly (45th) and Phil Cuthbert (52nd).
