Wallasey's men finished ninth at the Liverpool & District Cross Country Championships held at Clarke's Garden. George Gillies (29th) led the team home to become the club's male cross-country champion. Other counters were Steven Leslie (41st), Rob Pearse (48th), Scott Eves (54th), Kieran Salmon (57th) and Rich Webster (65th).
