14 runners from Wallasey A.C. completed the Mersey Tunnel 10K. The runners had to contend with the uphill section of the tunnel which is over a mile in length and a strong breeze on the finishing section. Greg Jones ran extremely well to post 35:58 (PB) and was 11th on the day. Sallie Holt and Mike Hughes also returned personal bests. Nicci Davies was second in her age category.
