Nick & Sallie Holt and Alison Engle took part in the Puma Hellrunner. Alison takes up the story of the race. "We took part in the morning race that kicked off at 10.00am it was frosty and cold but the sun was up and shining, perfect conditions really. The course takes you around Delamere Forest and was just short of 9 miles running up tracks and scrambling up hills as well as wading through bogs waist deep and through a dirty river, chest deep but all done with a smile on your face, great fun."
