Rachel Saunders and Ian McCall took a trip north to Blackpool for the Great North West Half Marathon. Ian ran well to complete the course in 01:35:22 for 197th place and said "It was a good day for it and it was better than I thought I'd do since I've not done any long ones for a while.", praise also goes to Rachel who returned in 01:52:14 for 573rd place and fifth in her age category.
