The Excalibur Marathon in the Clwydian Hills is described as the toughest off-road marathon in Britain. 26.2 miles and 5,500ft of climb. Wallasey runners met with some success as Richard Webster was second male and Sallie Holt was second female. Ian Stringer and Nick Holt also toughed it out on the challenging course.
