Wallasey AC had 2 top 20 finishers in the Wirral Half Marathon. In blustery conditions the runners had to negotiate several legs on the promenade. Phil Walton had a good run finishing in 01:18:17 for 14th place, he was closely followed by Greg Jones in 01:18:54 in 17th place.
