Jez Fellick led the Wallasey runners home at the Penmaenmawr Fell Race, completing the 10 mile course with nearly 2,000 ft of ascent in 01:20:59 for 14th place. This year was the 40th anniversary of what is one of the most popular fell races in Wales. 223 runners were set off by local town mayor.
