4 ladies from Wallasey AC headed over to Liverpool for the Penny Lane Striders 10k. They face some strong winds on the return leg but this didn't deter Sallie Holt who finished 9th lady and 2nd in her age category when she returned home in 43 minutes dead. Sharon Lamont also finished second in her age category.
