The Wirral 10k had a changed course due to the Tower Road bridge closures. The route started on the promenade in Wallasey and went along the river before turning back at Seacombe Ferry and returning to Wallasey. Pete Clarke was a great 7th overall in 38:48 and Elaine Opara was 4th lady in 42:51. Ian Cannings, Elaine Opara and Mary Rees won their age categories.
