The third race of the Tour of Merseyside took place in Liverpool, it was a flat and fast course along what is known locally as 'The Ralla' - an old railway path which is now a very popular cycle path. Ian Cannings and Adrienne Hall were first man and lady home for the club and both won their age categories.
