Sharon Lamont and Rachel Saunders travelled to Nannerch for the Penbedw Trail 10k. The course was over forest tracks, footpaths, fields and moor land around a private estate. Sharon finished in 01:03 and won her age category, Rachel covered the course in 01:06 and was third in her age category.
