3 of the club's runners travelled to Barrowford near Burnley for the Podium 5k. Rob picks up the story "Expectations were high for this event and despite the 90min journey, Joe didn't disappoint. On a flat flowing 4.75 laps of a time trial cycle tarmac circuit whilst the rain beated down, PB's offered themselves for those who were willing to be brave. Joe decided to be brave and bagged himself a breath-taking 15:22 over this 5km course. A 20second PB, over this distance is nothing short of outstanding. Rob and Tom also went along for the ride!!"
