The Men's Northern 12 Stage Road Relays and Ladies 6 Stage Road Relays were hosted by Wallasey AC at Birkenhead Park. A big thank you goes to Bob Brimage who organised the race and also to all the helpers who had a long day on their feet, all their efforts contributed to the race being a huge success. The Wallasey A.C. team of 12 ran for a total of 3 hours 39 minutes to cover the near 40 miles of the course. The stages consisted of four long legs (Joe Boden, Jay Walker, Jack Poland and Xavier Desse) and eight short legs (Rob Pearse, Ross Moore, Mike Green, Tony Barbat, Phil Walton, Karl Pickstock, Tom Gillbanks and Nick Holt). The team finished 31st out of 50 complete teams.
