The six Wallasey A.C. ladies team ran for a total of 2 hours 16 minutes to cover the near 20 miles of the course. The stages consisted of two long legs (Helen Anne Stansfield and Elaine Opara) and four short legs (Vicky Kehoe, Michelle Alty, Sue Reynolds and Sharon Lamont). The team finished 30th out of 47 complete teams.
