The Liverbird Double Marathon consists of two marathon races on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day along the riverfront. 2 Wallasey AC runners completed the double. Martin Hunt finished in 04:51 (45th) on day 2 and 09:24 in total for both races for 24th overall place and Dawn Hunt finished in 05:26 (59th) on day 2 and 10:16 overall for 30th place.
