Martin Connell completed the L2M Double Ultra, the race started and finished in Aintree and was a 100 Mile Out and Back Ultra Marathon following the Trans-Pennine Trail and the River Mersey from Liverpool to Manchester. Martin completed the course in a little over 22 hours.
