Conditions were wet and muddy for the Penmaemawr Fell Race, the event is one of the oldest fell races in Wales. Located in Capelulo village, the course was challenging and was a little over 10 miles and included 1700 feet of climb. Sallie Holt showed the Wallasey AC lads home finishing in 01:48.
