The runners had to wade through 500m of thigh high water after part of the course became waterlogged in the Wrexham 20 miler. Matt Gillbanks (02:19), Mark Carruthers (02:24) and Vicky Kehoe (02:43) completed the race with Vicky being tenth lady and second in her age category.
