Wallasey AC monopolised the podium positions at the Liverpol Spring 5k, with Joe Boden first (16:17), Jay Walker second (17:05) and Ray Clark third (17:36), just outside the medals in fifth was Tom Gillbanks (17:48). Great running by all.
