Phil Bird and Helen Symonds took part in the second running of the Paul Lavelle 10k road run, The charity has been set up to raise awareness of domestic violence, in particular for male victims, also other local charities within the Merseyside area. Over 100 runners took part in the race which started in Hoylake and followed the embankment and coastal paths.
