The Anglesey Trail Half Marathon started in the sumptuous surroundings of the long grass and dunes, the course took the runners through the woodland onto winding beautiful trails in Newborough Forest. The course continued along Afon Cefni and back into the Forest and looped round to bring runners back to where they started. The conditions were wet and windy, Nick and Sallie Holt crossed the line together in 01:42.
