The fifth race of the Seaside Run Series was run as a Virtual 5K. Runners had one week to upload a 5K run using Strava, Garmin etc. and a photo and run and follow the guidelines for staying a safe distance. Finish time was 8.00pm on Wednesday 29th July. 12 runners from the club uploaded their effort with Tony Barbat posting the fastest club time of 19:26. First lady for the club was Heidi Slater with another sub 20 clocking (19:57). There were age category wins for Tony Barbat, Rachel Saunders and Sandra Ellison.
