The Silverdale Circuit started from Milnthorpe in Cumbria, the route was 21 miles in length and passed through Dalham Deer Park, Leighton Moss Nature Reserve, alongside Hawes Water and then on to single track along the stunning coastline and finished with an ascent of Arnside Knott. Phil Cuthbert completed the course in just over 3 hours and Caet in 4:46.
