The fourth race of the Seaside Run Series was run as a Virtual 5K. Runners had one week to upload a 5K run using Strava, Garmin etc. and a photo and run from their home if possible and follow the guidelines for staying a safe distance. Finish time was 8.00pm on Wednesday 30th June. 11 runners from the club uploaded their effort with Mike Dyson posting the fastest time of 20:00 for ninth place. First lady for the club was Vicky Kehoe in 24:08 for 8th lady. Jan McArd used her rest day on the Tour of Merseyside to complete the race!
