Mike Dyson, Alison Engle and Tim Plested travelled to the Canary Islands to participate in the Lanzarote Half Marathon and 10k. Mike and Alison entered the 10k and returned in 45:45 and 01:02 respectively. Tim took part in the half marathon and crossed the line in 02:06.
