Joe Boden sizzled at the Mid Cheshire 5k with a 14:44 for 18th place. Also in good form were Rob Pearse with 16:04, personal bests were set by Chris Jones (16:14), Mike Jones (16:19), Jan McArd (21:04) and Jane Brealey (22:15). Great running by all taking part.
