Neil Toner travelled to Buspaest to spectate at the World Championships and took part in the Budapest 10k which was organised for the championships and commenced by the marathon start gate of the World Athletics Championships. The race was reduced to 5.75k due to the extreme heat. Neil completed the course in 34:07.
