Alex Yem travelled to Germany for the BMW Berlin Marathon and finished in a personal best time of 3:10. After the race Alex said "Berlin Marathon Official time 03:10:14. PB by 3 mins and 10 seconds. 9 weeks of hardwork paid off. Went from hardly any running to a structured ramp up training plan."
