Three runners from the club tackled the Coniston 14 in the Lake District. First back was Phil Cuthbert in 1:39. Caet Cuthbert took a dip in the lake after the race and said "Coniston 14 race with plenty of showers and a bit of cold water therapy for my legs afterwards."
