Chris Bowers took part in the Veloforte Wales Marathon, the event was part of a three day challeneg that included swimming and cycling but wasn't a triathlon. Chris finished the marathon in 4:22 and said "So I haven't been to any training sessions this year but I flew the flag yesterday. The Wales Marathon was the final part of a 3 day event in Tenby. A very hilly and windy course that i managed to drag myself round."
