The second race in Wirral Summer Trail Series started at Thurstaston Visitor Centre. Rich Webster was our first man home covering the 5 mile course in 34:29 (12th). Becky Blacklock took the win in the ladies race in 36:30. There were age category wins for Rich, Becky, Paul Griffiths, Elaine Opara and Lesley-Anne Cucksey. Wallasey AC lead the team race after two events.
