Paul and Lisa Griffiths travelled to Yorkshire for the Leeds Running Festival. Paul finished in and 42:30 Lisa in 51:55 and after the race Paul said "Great day definitely go back to Leeds great course but far to drive but worth it - Lisa absolutely smashed tis today and four minutes off her personal best." Great running.
