Thirty-one athletes from the club raced in the Wirral Seaside Run. The runners faced a headwind and some stretches of dry sand. Rob Pearse picked up an age category win finishing in 18:15 for twelfth place. Our first lady was Elaine Opara in 22:19 (23rd lady). After the race Stevel Leslie ssaid "Brill photos and a good race in difficult conditions. Great effort from you all, but let's hope for a tailwind next month!"
