27 runners from Wallasey AC completed the first Wirral Seaside Race of 2022. The runners had to face sleet and a cold headwind as the easterley wind caused temperatures to plummet. Mike Jones was the first home for the club in 19:15 and most runners' times were slower than expected. Elaine Opara picked up an age category win.
